The bed was surprisingly comfortable, offering a good night's sleep despite the chaos around. The friendly staff made the check-in process easy.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was appalling. I encountered a musty odor and a filthy bathroom that left a lot to be desired. It really affected my experience negatively.

The luggage cart could seriously use a cleaning, just one is not enough!!! Noise from the bathroom exhaust fan is disruptive at night, and an elevator would be a necessity for carrying bags up those stairs!!!

Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Upon checking in, I encountered multiple issues in my room. The bathroom door had a large hole, and the doorknob was broken, which was quite unsettling. Despite reporting these problems immediately, they remained unresolved throughout my stay, leaving me disappointed in the lack of maintenance and attention to detail.

the bathroom really needs some attention. the beds were good and the location was great, close to our destination. the front desk staff was super friendly! the wifi worked perfectly, and there were plenty of cable channels available! 😊👍

The location's a dream with tasty spots like Madame Pho for a slurp-worthy bowl, and Starbucks just a hop away! The staff? Absolute gems, super friendly and helpful! Plus, the beds were comfy, making it a decent stay overall.

But yikes, the place really needs some TLC! Upon entering my room, I was hit with a urine smell, and the bathroom honestly felt like a scene from a horror film—a dirty mop’s aftermath for sure. Definitely not the vibe I hoped for!

The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV which was awesome. The bathroom had a shower and was stocked with free toiletries. Staff were super helpful. The breakfast area was nice and cozy with cheerful decor and stayed open all day. Great service throughout my stay!

Convenient location for our visit, with easy access to nearby attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was in decent condition. Staff were friendly, and it was great to have a working ice machine and a continental breakfast.
